A shaking experience at Ashram Ratu Bagus

So grateful for the opportunity to do this work here at Ashram Ratu Bagus. Feeling my inner power growing as I shake. I pass by the statue of a lion before each shake, and each time he reminds me to be fierce and hold onto this light within- the light of my awareness, the light of my focused attention as it shakes out my shadows, shakes out all that is no longer serving me, all that I am ready and willing to let go of in this moment.

Each shake is its own adventure. As I continue, now on my 14th day, Holding on with my awareness to the light,

worlds inside me open up.

Connecting me to the vastness of who I am truly. In the center of the circle this morning, feeling myself as a crystal -a gift from the water dragons - it focuses light through me from far off in the cosmos to this beautiful planet earth. Feeling the concentric circles of shakers around me, supporting and being supported by this crystal light. This gift to the Earth and heaven that passes through us as an organism.

I focus on my heart Letting this sound and shaking, and light expand beyond and beyond and beyond. The trees and plants singing with us. The waters laughing along. This song, the song of our oneness.

With all of the struggles, blocks, mistakes and miscommunications, we hold each other by holding

ourselves in the best version we can muster as we stumble and tumble and shriek and sing and laugh and and sweat, shaking ourselves ever more open to this energy of “Ratu,” the energy of the light within.

With so much gratitude for Ratu, this incredible space he created for transformation.🙏🏼
